Kendall B. Williams, Esq.

Kendall practiced with an Oakland County law firm until 1980 when he returned to his home community. When he moved back home, Kendall had only one client. Today, Kendall heads a premier firm with a large and impressive list of clients. Kendall’s practice focuses include employment and labor law, general civil litigation, corporate law and municipal law, including school law.

Kendall has been recognized by his peers for his legal ability and professional integrity. He maintains a Martindale-Hubbell ‘AV’ peer rating, and is a recipient of the Genesee County Bar Association’s Herbert A. Milliken Jr. Civility Award.

Timothy R. Winship, Esq.

Tim's practice focuses on providing advice and counsel on the unique legal issues faced by municipal entities, particularly school districts. This area of concentration complements Tim's work in labor and employment law and general civil litigation.

In 2021, Tim celebrates his 34th year in practice.

Sean M. Siebigteroth, Esq.

Sean is an attorney, author, and educator with over 20 years of practice in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, consumer law, criminal defense, probate and estate planning, civil rights law, administrative law, and general civil litigation. Sean now focuses on employment civil rights litigation, labor and employment law, arbitration, and general civil practice. Martindale-Hubbell rates Sean as "Notable" in recognition of his ethical standards and ability.

Chelsea S. Down, Esq.

Following graduation from Michigan State University, magna cum laude, Chelsea joined The Williams Firm as an attorney. Chelsea is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Michigan. Her practice is concentrated on labor and employment law and general civil litigation. Additionally, Chelsea likes to focus a portion of her practice on providing training and advice to employers to avoid litigation and generally improve relationships between employees, unions, and management.

Marc D. Morse, Esq.

Marc joined The Williams Firm in 2016, after having previously worked for the firm as a legal intern. While obtaining his law degree at Washington and Lee School of Law, Marc worked at a legal clinic which specialized in representing indigent clients and small business owners. Marc focuses his practice on general litigation, labor law, and employment defense.
