Kendall B. Williams
Kendall practiced with an Oakland County law firm until 1980 when he returned to his home community. When he moved back home, Kendall had only one client. Today, Kendall heads a premier firm with a large and impressive list of clients. Kendall’s practice focuses include employment and labor law, general civil litigation, corporate law and municipal law, including school law.
Kendall has been recognized by his peers for his legal ability and professional integrity. He maintains a Martindale-Hubbell ‘AV’ peer rating, and is the 2004 recipient of the Genesee County Bar Association’s Herbert A. Milliken Jr. Civility Award.

Joan N. Pierson
For 18 years before becoming an attorney in 1990, Joan was a human resources professional and hospital administrator. After practicing in the areas of employment, municipal, medical malpractice and general liability law, she joined the Williams Firm in 1998, and practices primarily employment and labor law.
Joan lives in Lake Orion with her husband Bob (“the
Beast”). She enjoys golf, cross-country skiing, walking, biking and other outdoor sports.

Timothy R. Winship
Tim's practice focuses on providing advice and counsel on the unique legal issues faced by municipal entities, particularly school districts. This area of concentration complements Tim's work in labor and employment law and general civil litigation.

Sean M. Siebigteroth
In 2011, Sean celebrates 15 years in the practice of law. He has represented and counseled clients in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, consumer, criminal defense, probate and estate, civil rights law and general civil litigation. With the Williams Firm, Sean focuses his practice on labor and employment law and general civil litigation.
Sean served as an adjunct faculty member at Davenport University. Sean and wife Jennifer share their Flint home with eight cats.

Abner J. Tansil, Of Counsel
Along with his considerable experience as a labor and employment law attorney, Abner brings a broad range of corporate experience as a former human resources executive with the world's largest manufacturing company. Abner specializes in collaborative collective bargaining, grievance administration, litigation of wrongful discharge and employment discrimination claims, and affirmative action planning and compliance. He also serves as a mediator in civil disputes, as a university adjunct faculty member, and as a lecturer in the areas of human resources, diversity management, and employment and labor law.

Nikayela Lockett received her B.S. in Business Administration from Alabama State University, her J.D. from Texas Southern University and has an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Nikayela’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, probate, taxation, real estate,
and domestic relations.
